Just a news note that many have probably already heard, ProQuest has signed an agreement to be acquired by Clarivate (ticker NYSE: CLVT) later this year.

This acquisition, if it goes through, would include ExLibris (Alma, Summon, Primo, etc) and Innovative Interfaces (Sierra, Polaris, , SkyRiver) both of which are owned by ProQuest.
