Also, I wonder how many of us have libguides that capture this info? Pierce built an Anti-Racist Agenda<http://libguides.pierce.ctc.edu/antiracist> in the spring which includes resources which might overlap.

I think that's a great idea, Greg. As a member of both councils (and knowing there are a few others in LLC who are also members of ELC), I know that many of our goals are in alignment. I think that a shared resource would help both groups and perhaps strengthen the case(s) we have for promoting the need for systemic/institutional change within the CTC system. It could also help to decrease duplications of effort 🙂

Also, at our LLC meeting, I shared that the Professional Development workgroups of the Councils that report to Instruction are connecting to maximize DEI Professional Development collaboration this spring and into next fall.  Since LLC does not have a PD workgroup, I’m looking for one or two volunteers to keep LLC connected to this work.  There may be an opportunity to collaborate on a project, but that is not necessary if you don’t have the bandwidth. If you are interested, please let me know.
