[LIBRARYDIR] LLC Work Plan and meeting dates surveys - your feedback needed!

Hello LLC! The exec team has worked to put together two important things that we need your feedback on asap! First, you'll see the 2021-22 meeting date survey to determine the dates for our Fall, Winter, and Spring meetings.

Second, we need your feedback on the work plan. Due to a shortened summer meeting, we were unable to flesh out the work plan during the meeting. The exec team took the discussion and themes from our meeting, however, and crafted a work plan around those areas, aligning with the Instruction Commission's work plan, as well. Instead of a one-year plan, we are making this a two-year plan to allow for deeper work in these areas. And please also remember, that we can tweak the areas mentioned along the way if we see the need. It is fluid, not set in stone. For now, we need your approval/feedback on the general direction as stated.

We need both of these surveys completed by next Friday, Aug. 27. The exec team will make necessary adjustments to the work plan based on your feedback and submit to IC by the deadline, Aug. 31.
