I learned about Versuslaw from a UW Law Librarian back when I was Shoreline's Collection Development Librarian.  Reach out?

There is nothing on the market, that I'm aware of, that is like Nexis Uni/Lexis Nexis. Love to hear if folks find something.

Findlaw<https://public.findlaw.com/> use to be a free, great tool. You have to dig around to find anything useful on the site now. Bleh.

Both Lexis/Nexis and Westlaw are heavily used in law libraries and law firms. I am not aware of any alternative.

Hello all,

With the support of both our VPI and Business/HR faculty, the LWTech Library is currently in the process of finding a replacement for Nexis Uni after finding out that Lexis Nexis is selling usage data to the federal government in what has been called a massive surveillance program. Part of the data is apparently being used by ICE.

I am interested if anyone else has canceled their subscriptions/severed their relationships with Lexis Nexis (now or previously) and if anyone has ideas for alternatives.
