We seek a forward-thinking and passionate colleague interested in developing library reference and instructional services for professional-technical programs, as well as developing and implementing programs/initiatives revolving around OER. Strong interpersonal skills are essential; the successful candidate will be a strong advocate for minoritized student populations. Working independently and collaboratively with colleagues in the Library, the OER & Instruction Librarian will partner with faculty to identify, create, adapt, and adopt open and affordable course content to accommodate the evolving learning, teaching, and research needs of our diverse community.

This position is also in charge of coordinating the Library’s information literacy instruction program and will assist faculty and administrators with information literacy concepts in program curricula and develop programming that promotes library services and information literacy. This includes teaching workshops to faculty and students while communicating the value of the library.

Salary: $86,487
