[LIBRARYDIR] Quarantine

We are doing 72 hours at Skagit, but in reality most items sit for longer than three days.  If a laptop is returned we clean it and then it goes to IT to be reimaged.  Turn around time on other resources usually takes more than three days.  All of our items are checked out for the entire quarter so we do not have a lot of turnaround at this time.

Dear Colleagues,
Me again.
How long are you quarantining returned materials? We have been quarantining for 3 days based (somewhat) on info about COVID-19 from the Realm Project, but the Governor now says minimum 24 hours.
