[LIBRARYDIR] [EXTERNAL] - Re: curbside pickup and appointments

At Spokane Community College we are not mailing items. Our decision was twofold…we haven’t had a lot of requests since our branch campuses were also doing curbside service and second, we don’t have the staff capacity in the library or in the mail room to do a large amount of mailing.

One more question – Are any of you mailing items?  If so, what is the cost and where did you get funding?   If you considered this but decided not to offer this, what were the issues?
