Hi Lesley,

I'm sorry I don't have estimated costs from ProQuest-you will need to check with your PQ rep. I understand your concerns with providing something temporarily and then not being able to support it going forward.

The COVID-19 crisis I think does provide a better than usual explanation to your patrons as to why you might make something like this available in the short term, without too many repercussions if you don't continue the subscription. It is up to you, of course-you may reasonably decide it's just not worth it.

I know we are all preparing budget cuts for the next year. With that in mind, do we have an estimated subscription cost for the ctcs after the trial is over?

This is similar to the concern I had around the Newsbank trial as I feel uncomfortable promoting something to our students and faculty before knowing what it would cost.
