[LIBRARYDIR] Follett RedShelf - Textbook Access During a Crisis

I just spoke with the manager of our bookstore. He wanted me to also add that Follett is offering free shipping on all textbooks that are purchased through the website. So students who are interested in purchasing books can still do so, just not with a physical store.

It's nice that there are multiple options, including the partnership with RedShelf, especially for those experiencing financial difficulties.

Hi all,

Just wanted to share:

Follett is offering free access to eBooks, including some of the textbooks that assigned for classes here, for a limited period of time through May 25.

Students must have an ".edu" email address and there is a limit of seven eBooks per student. The only thing is that it may not include any website access codes or print supplements.

This is not a perfect solution of getting the students the textbooks they need by any means, but it can provide a quick fix for spring quarter!
