It's worth noting that the Seattle Colleges count circulation transactions between libraries within the Seattle Colleges District as ILL.  For example, if a student at South Seattle College places a request on an item at Central or North via Primo, that's counted as an ILL transaction at the patrons home library and at the library that owns the item. If those counts were removed from the Seattle Colleges figures, we'd see numbers in the single digits.
