Hi all,

Please fill out the LLC Winter meeting poll<https://doodle.com/poll/k7xbaivnum2egaht?utm_source=poll&utm_medium=link> with your availability on February 16 and 17, 1:00-5:00.

Based on the previous survey results about meeting length, we will meet one time in Winter for four hours.  The executive team is proposing an afternoon meeting so that the workgroups have time to schedule their meetings in the morning depending on member availability.

For Spring, we may schedule more than one meeting based on workgroup plans.
