Erica and collective,

Perhaps this is a bullet point under the agreement and without re-reading the agreement, does it include employees? If not, perhaps we may want to drop that in if we are updating the document (or perhaps not).  I will offer we honor students and employees from all CTCs and I supect others might too. (it rarely occurs but when it does it's usually because someone is attending a council or other meeting at the school). We also have a Skagit VC instructor that lives across the street from the school and why wouldn't we want her to walk over.

Thanks for the refresher on the RBA. Given the new legislation prohibiting the practice of transcript withholding and limiting the practice of registration holds at institutions of higher education as debt collection practices<https://app.leg.wa.gov/billsummary?BillNumber=2513&Initiative=false&Year=2019>, we may want to update the language of the policy where it says "Participating libraries will assist each other in retrieving overdue materials, including suspension of borrower's library privileges and placement of holds on college transcripts." My italics.

At North, we historically have created a record in Alma for the student/patron and added a pop-up note in their record indicating that they are enrolled at another WA CC.  Now there are many different options for "user group" in a record, so if their college and user type are listed as options (such as "Big Bend CC Student" or "Everett CC Student") the appropriate user group is selected when their records are created.  (note is seems Cascadia appears as an option, but given our updated Reciprocal agreement of 2017, I think that may be an error).

As far as I know, yes, this is still true.  I *think* there were a couple of exceptions (maybe Cascadia wasn't among the shared borrowers?).

I am working on CPTC's re-accreditation report for the library. An old draft mentions that all community and technical college libraries in Washington offer reciprocal borrowing and that students are allowed to borrow materials from any library in the system. Is this still true? This draft appears to be from 2012-13.
