Action items at the end reminded me to remind the leads of the work groups to guide your teams through finishing up the work plans as much as possible by Summer LLC.  The DRAFT agenda currently has about an hour and a half set aside to finish our work plans.  I do think the more that can be done in advance the higher the likelihood that we can have a draft finished at Summer LLC.

Please see attached the Spring 2019 LLC meeting minutes. Please let me know if anything needs changing. This is our new format for notes and should be much easier to read.

Unfortunately, the computer my college provided for our meeting went through Deepfreeze and so we lost the first day’s meeting recording before we were able to load it to Panopto. But I feel confident with the level of notes captured that first day.
