Good morning all,
Here is rest of the information for accommodations and food for our spring LLC meeting at Renton Technical College on April 25/26th. Here is the survey<https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdYWUo7Q1WoRHOmOvs-H1JGYov1hTDiCIT3wz4yNJx1IYM2wA/viewform?usp=sf_link> for you to choose your lunch preference for the 25th. Please complete this survey by April 11th to ensure our catering department has enough time to fill our requests.

For hotel accommodations<https://hamptoninn.hilton.com/en/hp/groups/personalized/S/SEARNHX-LLC-20190424/index.jhtml>, we have a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites on Lake Washington in Renton. The room rate is $139/night and includes parking. I know some of you want to come over the 24th and stay two nights so they are aware of this and have 12 rooms blocked out for both nights. You need to make your reservation by APRIL 4, 2019! After that point, the block and rate will be released for the rooms.

As for gathering for dinner, this has been more complicated than I would have imagined. Many restaurants here want you to either all pay on one check or else they make you select items ahead to put on a smaller-sized menu to choose from. I just didn't feel comfortable deciding which 5 items everyone would get to choose from. We only had one survey response that said Gluten-Free and there were other requests for vegetarian. So the place I have us at on the 25th at 6:oo pm is Amante Pizza and Pasta<https://www.amantepizzaandpasta.com/order_online.php?id=15>. They have many vegetarian pastas and a selection of salads, but I am afraid our gluten-free person might not be entirely happy and might want to ensure they bring a snack or grab a bite before or after this meal. Sorry I couldn't find something that fit EVERY need. I will have maps to the restaurant from both RTC as well as from the hotel.
