[LIBRARYDIR] Part 2 - Re: Work Plan/Work Group Review

Hi All,

Just to clarify, the work plan work we are tasked with for the spring meeting is for each of the three work groups to review/update each of the three work plan goals in their entirety. If you are also doing actual work to support a section of the work plan, then you are amazing and get a gold star. And, you’ll want to make sure that your current and future work and deliverables are appropriately reflected in the work plan.

Please let me know if you have any questions. I am planning to block out time on the spring agenda for the three work groups to meet.

Now that our work groups have been identified, let’s get to work!

Step 1:
Leaders, chat with each other and form a plan to begin work on your goal.

Step 2:

Hi All,

Thanks again for a great meeting on Friday! We discussed organizing ourselves into three main work groups to tackle our work plan goals. Aryana put together a helpful table that shows our possible work group breakouts. Column 2 shows a more even distribution of work groups, and we (me, Aryana, Vivienne) propose we go this route. Those who’ve made great strides with continued work under certain goals should probably stay in that goal. Please notify me if you think you need to swap goals for that reason.

Take a moment review. If I hear no objections in the next 24 hours or so, we’ll go ahead and move the work plan forward with the column 2 groups indicated in the table linked below.
