[LIBRARYDIR] Movie Clubs?

We're hoping to do this as well at WWCC!  At prior institutions our work around this was to have a deliverable for the session to make it a learning experience.  That seemed "okay" but there might  be different interpretations.

We have a group of students who want to form a movie club.  I'm concerned this would be outside of "fair use" and require them to pay for performance rights.  Anybody else have a movie club on their campus?
