[LIBRARYDIR] Newsbank "Accessibility Statement"

All, we got a statement from Newsbank that allowed King County and Tacoma Public to opt in. I know Mike is on this email thread. If you don't have that accessibility information, please make sure you ask Mike for it. It seems to have satisfied some of our libraries that have new, stricter requirements.

Just an FYI since some of you might have been curious about Newsbank and accessibility. This is what I received when asking Accessibility statements and documentation, from Carla:

"NewsBank regularly monitors and examines improvements in product features and functionality that will improve accessibility of our products in a commercially viable way.   Examples would be the new User Interface which is more ADA compliant, the introduction of text to speech functionality."
