[LIBRARYDIR] [EXT] Re: Spring Meeting Next Week!

Whenever there's leftover food from an event, it tends to get brought to the most hungry offices, and there occasionally is an employee-wide email sent out advertising the leftovers. This system seems to work well here.

We have some compost bins here, as well, though it's not a universal bin across campus.

Gerie and Stan,
You will both be terribly missed at our meeting and I hope you are able to zoom in for what you can, especially around the workplan workgroup time.
Because we are closer than 4 days to our meeting, the lunch orders cannot be cancelled so we will just have a few extra lunches available in case others show up we weren't expecting. I don't think it will break the LLC bank to cover those lunches.

We will be doing some Work Plan work on day two, and Jeanne Leader is going to facilitate a brief self-mentoring activity on day one. I've also reserved some time on day two to try conducting a "live listserv" open forum. Please come prepared to solicit input from the Council on any listserv-esque topics/questions you may have. For example, I am planning to solicit feedback on adding self-published books to the collection, and usage data on print materials.
