[LIBRARYDIR] Final Library Rubric for BAS Programs

Hi all,

I'm wondering if there is a "final" library rubric available that was approved during the last LLC meeting.

Is it actually final, too, or is there more work to be had? I cannot recall from the meeting. I managed to find the Draft document<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1XnJ0Nbkts5lTBLwqXL_xKrlSWL6ad9rwYHfmu-9ANtM/edit>, which does say "Approved by LLC, 10/23/2018," but would love confirmation if this is the most recent.
