They had to search for my emails too.  I think their spam filter is too high.  I had to send them proof that we had paid for our membership when I registered for the conference.  Anyway, we got it all straightened out.

Thanks, Mindy, and the good news is that their office is still populated!  Thank you to whomever contacted them, and they located both Kitty and my emails in their spam folder and have responded to us both now.

Actually, Kitty, I'm in the same boat.  While reconciling budgets, I saw that we had not paid for this year.  I emailed, then emailed again twice more.  I wondered if responses had somehow gone to spam and searched there.  Although I didn't find a response, I did find an email for our invoice for this year in my spam folder. The link to the invoice was expired, though.

The error messages said something like: your account is overdue, please use an online form.  I finally just yesterday used the new membership form.  We'll see if they charge the visa.

My renewal won't happen until late summer.  I can say that WLA seems to be thinly staffed, but I have always gotten a call back or an email response.  There is more than one email address for WLA:

I have good luck talking/emailing Hannah directly.

Hi all,

Has anyone received a renewal for WLA? Our Acquisitions person is waiting to pay our annual membership, but so far she has experienced: no response to emails, ringing phone with no voicemail, and no login credentials to the website.
