As a reminder, please join the LLAMA Practical and Applied Management Committee today at 2pm EDT / 1pm CDT / noon MDT / 11am PDT for “Practical Management or Practical Magic?”, a lively discussion on the topic of difficult conversations between supervisors and supervisees. This is the first discussion in our Supervisory Conversation series, in which we strive to offer a synchronous forum for all interested participants--regardless of your membership status in ALA or your position in a library.
