Hi,

Part of the course fee comes to the tutoring centers, and we use that money to pay our tutors. Our portion of the course fee is approximately $19 per student, so our budget for paying tutors can vary a bit depending on enrollment.

We have a separate budget for the directors' salaries, supplies, services, etc. That stays fairly stable year to year.

If you are over tutoring services, how are tutoring costs covered at your school? Do students pay a fee at registration? If so, how much? We charge a $5 fee at registration, and all tutoring services are covered for students. We are thinking of raising the fee.
