[LIBRARYDIR] New email address

I have a new email address: jblume at btc.edu<mailto:jblume at btc.edu>

The server that was forwarding emails from my old email address (jblume at btc.ctc.edu<mailto:jblume at btc.ctc.edu>) to the new email died over the winter break. Computer Services decided not to replace it.
