Just FYI, I did something similar a while back, for the www.wactclc.org<http://www.wactclc.org> web site.

It's at the institutional, rather than individual library, level.

I created it mostly to keep track of the consortial and ILS affiliations of the CTC libraries:

Greetings, directors etc.,

I just spent about fifteen minutes creating a custom map in Google Maps that has every CTC library in the state, along with hyperlinks to each library site. The intention is that a person new to libraries in WA will be able to use this map to immediately visualize the network of libraries that exist here.

Ideally, I'd like this to include additional layers with non-CTC academic libraries, public libraries, and special libraries, but I'm kind of test-running this with just CTCs at the moment.
