[LIBRARYDIR] periodical jobber?

EvCC uses EBSCO but I'm forwarding on the info about WT Cox for
consideration! The technician who handles the print orders tells me that
they are having to do more direct orders of print periodicals because they
are being dropped from EBSCO.
