Hi Mindy, and all --



SBCTC is not able to bear the cost of the tool; however, we don't do that with Canvas either.



We ARE willing to coordinate the RFP, negotiate the terms, and serve as the fiscal agent for an optional-use contract that we can make available through WIPHE.



Usually that results in a better deal for schools. To be clear, no school is obligated to use those contracts.

I would wait and find out their results.  I need to talk with my VP and our IT dept. about local plans.  Guy had said that SBCTC is looking at WebEx.



I am a little confused since I understood from Steve, Mark, and Guy that eLearning didn't think they should bear the cost of a shared meeting platform.  Why are they issuing an RFP?

Shall we join the ELC in an RFP?
