[LIBRARYDIR] Libraries and eLearning Centers?

I do oversee eLearning which currently consists of an exempt eLearning Coordinator who works directly under me.

I am considering merging eLearning and Media Services. If I do then I will have an exempt eLearning and Media Services Coordinator who would report to me and a classified eLearning and Media Services Specialist who would report to the coordinator.
