[LIBRARYDIR] Registration for Spring LLC Meeting

With the first and third questions being required, I can't use this form to say I am not attending in person but will be there via Collaborate on Thursday only. I recommend adding a "not attending in person" option to q1 and change the no lunch option in q3 to "no lunch / not applicable".

We're in the midst of making arrangements for the Spring LLC meeting. This will be a joint meeting with the eLC. We'll meet together the morning of Thursday, April 21st, have lunch together and then have Thursday afternoon and Friday morning on our own.
