Hi folks,


Just to clarify:  our fall meeting will be held at North Seattle College and our spring meeting will be held at Columbia Basin College.  The dates and locations in my email were for the Instruction Commission meetings.  It was only meant to help us set our own meeting dates (which should happen before the IC meetings).  However, I managed to confuse a fair number of people, confirming that I should not send emails late in the day.  [😉]

Hi all,


I have attached a very drafty LLC Agenda for our meeting July 20-21.  Please email me directly with corrections and changes.


I marked Tim and Andrew in red on the agenda because I seem to remember that they might not be able to attend.  We need to have designated stand-ins if that is the case.  They take up a lot of space on the agenda!


Also, we are trying to come up with a professional development activity and that is still up in the air.   I expect this agenda to change before it becomes final.


At our next meeting, we will be setting our meeting dates for  the coming year.  Here are the Instruction Commission's meeting dates:

  *   Fall meeting October 27-28, 2016 – Clark College
  *   Winter meeting February 16-17, 2017 – SBCTC, Olympia
  *   Spring meeting May 18-19, 2017 – Wenatchee Valley College

We want to meet before the IC meetings.  Sharon and Melissa, will you check to see what will work for your colleges in the week or two ahead of the IC meetings?


I'm looking forward to seeing all of you in Bremerton!
