Our cataloger's answer: (who also does purchasing)
Yes, we switched over in December. Right now the advantage is that I can download reports that allow me to strip out the ISBN for batch searching in OCLC. We also have a dedicated customer service rep. They are still working on special features for higher ed accounts.
I couldn't see any reason NOT to switch.

Has anyone set up a Business Account with Amazon? We have an individual account with Amazon, but have been wondering if there are any advantages to having a business account. If anyone has such an account, would you please respond to me directly? It is my understanding that once you have a business account, you can establish accounts for each person ordering. Do any of you use it to allow librarians to place orders directly on separate accounts under a business account?
Thank you,
Mindy
