[LIBRARYDIR] periodical jobber?

I responded to Cheyenne directly, but for everyone's benefit, Yakima Valley uses WT Cox Information Services (www.wtcox.com<http://www.wtcox.com/>).  We used to use EBSCO but changed some years ago because WT Cox was cheaper at that time.  I've been very happy with them.

Hello Fellow Library Directors,

I am wondering who you all use to order and manage your print periodicals for your library? RTC has been using a company that I am not satisfied with and I will be looking to switch in the fall of next year. I am only familiar with Ebsco (having used them for our print subscriptions at LWTech). Who else should I be looking at and why?
