I think this looks great and captures what we have discussed in relation to Student Outcomes.

One clarification needed on 3.1.  There seems to be a word missing.

3.1 Support & improve quality OER materials eLearning and on-ground modalities

I support presenting just our work plan and letting IC figure out how to incorporate.  I also find this exercise useful in looking at the big picture and how we fit in with IC.

Hi all,

I am heading to Walla Walla shortly to present LLC's work plan for 2016-17.  I said in our summer meeting I would try to modify our plan format to more closely align with IC's work plan format.   Using the minutes from our summer meeting, I ended up creating two documents: one that fits our plans into IC's existing work plan and one that represents only what we said we want to do.  I am attaching both drafts to this email.  Feel free to send me feedback.  I'm inclined to only present the document of our work plan and let IC worry about how to incorporate.  The exercise seemed to be solely for my benefit to understand IC's plans.  Please let me know if I have misrepresented our plans so I can offer an accurate account.
