[LIBRARYDIR] Sub-Object Codes for Primo

Mindy,

The way we deal with this at Highline is that our business office puts all these into EJ. What we have done is to create a sub-sub-object. So our electronic databases are in EJ 00 and Primo is in EJ 01.
So we have to look at sub-sub-objects when we are tracking trends, but at least the math is simpler.

Subject: [LIBRARYDIR] Sub-Object Codes for Primo

Hi folks,

I have a disagreement with how my business office is coding the payment for Primo. They insist it should be coded EJ. I disagree because it does not provide content. I think it should be EY like a license for software or possibly EE. How are you coding Primo? Last year, Primo blew my EJ tracking of online subscriptions out of the water making it difficult to track budget trends. Help!

Mindy
