[LIBRARYDIR] forgiving old fines/fees

Is the director's wiki set up to capture policies and other conversations?

If not that might be logical space for everyone to record their practices and/or policies. And I'm not sure everyone is stating policy, ie, rules, as opposed to practice.

Is anyone compiling these policies into one document?  We seem to be all over the board and it would be helpful for me in having a discussion with my business office if I could see what others are doing.

Do you forgive really old fines/fees?  And if so, how old do they have to be?

Shellie just helped us with a patron purge, and we still have loads of records.  Thinking ahead to migration.
