Hi Erica,

I've submitted my dissertation now to OSU.  There is a one-year embargo on the dissertation so that I have a chance to publish the research in a peer-reviewed journal first.  I will share the pdf of the dissertation with colleagues with the understanding that it cannot be posted or cited during this embargo period.  If you are still interested in seeing the dissertation, I am happy to share it with you.
