Please join me in congratulating Dr. Mindy Coslor (CCL 15) on successfully completing the final oral examination and dissertation defense for the Doctor of Philosophy Degree in Education with concentration in Community College Leadership on Thursday, April 2, 2015.  Her dissertation is titled: "Libraries and the Community College Baccalaureate:  Meeting the Challenge."
