Greetings, LLC!

We are excited to announce that the contract with Ex Libris was signed by the state board on Friday.  Mike Scroggins captures the sentiment well: This is truly a historical event in our system.  A press release will be issued by the state board soon.

The most important points to note at this stage:


*       The Alma contract is for five years, is opt-in, and covers Primo for those who don't have it

*       LLC leadership is working on a funding model that supports maximum participation, both for implementation and subscription costs and will be sharing that for feedback soon

*       A project plan is in place, supported by resources from SBCTC

*       We are developing more detailed communication regarding how participation will work and what campuses can expect to take on

If you have questions or concerns, please let us know. We will definitely be doing a lot of work on this at the spring LLC meeting in Centralia.
