At TCC, we don't include those stats in either our reference or instruction tallies. We do download usage statistics at the end of each quarter, but that is the extent of it. -- Sharon

Hi everyone,

Are any of you counting your LibGuide usage stats in reference or instruction tallies?  We've starting talking about whether the LibGuide stats represent substitute instruction sessions or possibly reference transaction sessions.  This seems outside of those two counts to me, but I'd be interested in learning how others view this.
