Sue,

Yesterday CCS made a final decision re: our Alma implementation. We will be staying with the WIN consortium and will be migrating to Alma in 2015.

Andrew Tudor, Jennifer Dysart, Monica Luce, and I have been working with state board staff to move this project forward as a system initiative. We will be presenting to WACTC's Technology Committee at their retreat next month and we'd like to have your input prior to the meeting. We will also be using the information gathered in this survey to assist with planning implementation activities this year. For your information, I've attached the project brief we've used with Instruction Commission, SBCTC, and WACTC.

If you have questions, please let us know!

Thanks,

Sue Kennedy
