[LIBRARYDIR] specialty book scanners?

I saw the ad for this product recently and wondered the same thing.  I
hope someone can provide a review.

Are any of you using specialty/commercial book scanners?  Our flatbed
scanners just aren't doing it for us--too slow, too unwieldy.  We have
some money from the tech fee to invest in a high-speed option for
students.  Are any of you using one in your library?  Something like the
picture below?
