I agree with everyone else. I have always assumed it referred to all college employees and students. We also have reciprocal borrowing for anyone in Whatcom County through our Whatcom Libraries Collaborate One Card program.

Subject: [LIBRARYDIR] Reciprocal Borrowing

The Reciprocal Borrowing Statement (Oct. 1, 2002 – attached) says “Students interested in borrowing materials from another college…”

My college has no problem extending the same reciprocal borrowing privileges to current faculty and staff members at signatory college. Would any of you object to loaning materials to faculty or staff members under this agreement?
