BCR was likely the previous group. They merged with Lyrasis before going out of business.

When Lyrasis was suggested as a replacement for the group we belonged to previously (can't recall the name, especially this late on a Friday afternoon), we looked at the membership benefits vs. the cost and didn't see any advantage to joining.
