You're right, Tim--CTCs are still for January, and there will be a kickoff then for us.  Jeff emailed the our listserv to say that we might get questions in response to the pub library/tribal library kickoff.  The survey that Jeff sent out is general--not segmented for library type.  I think that he'd appreciate any responses we make, but our answers probably aren't the important ones.
