LMDC will at Bellingham Technical College in May. Our Culinary Program operates the restaurant, Café Culinaire, only during Spring Quarter. They serve the best food I have eaten in Bellingham. Lunch takes 1.5-2 hours if you order the three course lunch. I have tentatively reserved a table for 8 at 12:30 on Friday after the LMDC meeting if anyone is interested. The reservations fill up quickly.
