[LIBRARYDIR] need your feedback: Summer LMDC

Now that this topic comes up, has a decision been made about LMDC place and date yet?  It looks like ELC is going to meet August 28/29 at Peninsula, if that matters, and it appears it does not from the earlier choices.

You'll remember that we volunteered Paula and Peninsula for the summer LMDC meeting without actually having her in the room.  Paula can NOT host our meeting for summer.  Do we have any volunteers to host?  The state library could be a possibility, but Jeff Martin says that they can only handle 20-22 participants.  Last summer we had 19 people attend the summer meeting.

So, please

1.        email me and tell me if you plan to attend.  If we have 22 or fewer, I'll follow up with Jeff about meeting at the state library.

2.       let me know if you'd like to host.

3.       answer this doodle poll<http://doodle.com/u5vrxdwyiqaibmh3> for preferred dates.  We floated July 31-Aug 1 and Aug 7-8.  The poll simply lists July 31 and Aug 7 as the two choices.  If you'd like to suggest another alternative, send me an email.
