[LIBRARYDIR] Block of rooms now available

I hear that you need to indicate specifically that the room block is
LMDC, not Library Media Directors Council.

The Comfort Inn and the Guest House Suites are companion hotels. The
Comfort Inn allocated their last 9 rooms to the block and the Guest
House Suites has allocated 6 rooms. 

 

Please ask for the block registered to "LMDC" when making your
reservation.

If you call the Comfort Inn and those rooms have already been reserved,
remind them that part of the block is with the Guest House. They should
either be able to take your reservation or transfer you.

 

Let either myself or Leanna Hammond know if you encounter issues. We
will see if we can smooth the path. I am out of the office this
afternoon and tomorrow meeting regarding the Microsoft IT Academy.
During this period Leanna is the best bet.
