Thanks to the 14 of you who have already responded to our Doodle poll. Ten of you indicated that you will desire lodging. For those who may not have had a chance to respond, you have until tomorrow night, June 19th, to let us know if you need lodging. We will make the block reservation on Monday and send a message out with the group/block name.

We are looking to make dinner reservations at Anthony’s. Weather permitting we can sit out on the deck and enjoy other’s company and the view of the water. I’m assuming that those who have lodging will most likely attend. For others who are near enough but attending the meeting by Collaborate, let me know by e-mail if you would like to attend also. We will pad our best estimate for dinner by two just in case someone who doesn’t have lodging, doesn’t respond.

Jeff

Will you need lodging for the upcoming LMDC meeting on July 31st and August 1st?

We are setting up a block of rooms at the Comfort Inn in Tumwater, WA (http://www.comfortinn.com/hotel-tumwater-washington-WA126?listpos=2) to make it easier for you, and need to know how many rooms to reserve and for which nights.

Thank you!
