Hi Jeff,

Not at all!  Rand did let me know that he would be able to join us.  We appreciate having any relevant documents or reports posted so that members can easily refer to them.
I'm planning for the first segment of the meeting to be flexible so people will be reporting as they are available.  I'll make a note that Rand won't be with us until after 10:00.

I hope that I did not mislead you. Rand will attend and give an oral report. What I sent was the only item to be posted. If we could be toward the end of updates and reports that would be great. Rand should be back from his legislative visit at 10a or shortly after and will join then.
