[Lcta] Funding Sources Inquiry

Hey there,

I am developing a proposal for our student government to continue
supporting a fee that largely funds our Tutoring program at Lower Columbia
College. The student government has asked that I collect information from
other SBCTCs about how they are funded and include it in my proposal for
comparison/norming purposes.

If you would be willing, I have created a short Google Form inquiring about
program funding sources
