Associate Director, Learning Support Network

In this role, you will lead, manage, and plan daily operations for tutoring services at Seattle Central. You'll supervise staff and tutors, work with campus and district partners to coordinate and enhance tutoring services, and partner with Student Services and Instruction to offer excellent student learning resources and services. You will lead efforts to expand, enhance, and adapt tutoring programs to meet the needs of students and faculty in alignment with the colleges mission and operational plans. You will build collaborations necessary to reach students and provide tutoring support where it is most needed.



The Associate Director is a member of the Libraries, Learning Support, and Employee Development division, which is committed to collaborative, student-centered, equity-producing, antiracist, and accessible services.



Salary Range for this position is $71,230 to $98,364 annually. Open until filled. Initial review of application materials will begin on 10/07/2024.



This position is full-time, working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30  p.m.

This position works 100% of the time on-site, with the possibility of a partial remote work schedule.

This position is governed by a collective bargaining agreement with representation by AFT-SPS Pro-Staff.
